Hi, I make and play games in my free time.
The concept of making games, to me, is not about a final product, it's about building concepts that can be utilized by other people or to challenge myself with specific tasks, such as building a networking system from scratch or building a packet-based replay system for a game. Finishing a game or making something fully playable is typically not within my interests or goals.
I believe breakthroughs must be made to learn and to become a better developer with a better grasp on how internal systems work. I believe to be a good developer you need to understand what is going on under the hood of what you're writing and what you're running.
Showing people how to learn and better understand why their code runs and how it actually works is my goal.
This is for my TU class on GD.
